Join Sarah Mansfield at Eastern Beach Foreshore Reserve to meet your Greens Member for Western Victoria and put your name amongst hundreds of others, calling for an end to coal and gas to protect our communities.
Our communities are being hit by worsening fires, floods and drought. Western Victorian residents along the Great Ocean Road have been terrified of the impacts of climate change on their communities. And earlier this year, their worst nightmare became a horrifying reality with flooding and the threat of bushfires.
But Labor, the Liberals and One Nation all support burning more fossil fuel projects, which will make things worse for all of us.
We need to protect Victoria by ending coal and gas and building the renewable energy we need.
We’re collecting signatures from Victorians around the state on a GIANT banner which we’ll take to Parliament to show that Victorians want to end coal and gas.
Come along and add your name to the banner: we will be making 4 stops from Djilang on Wadawurrung Country, through Kirrae Wurrung and Eastern Maar lands to Warrnambool on Gunditjmara Country!
The Greens are the only ones taking climate change seriously. We’ll replace Labor’s coal and gas with cheaper, publicly-owned renewable energy to permanently cut your energy bills and cut climate pollution.
